“She’s lost a total of 25 pounds over the last several months,” says a source who’s helping Britney Spears with her fitness routine. “She’s losing about two pounds a week, which might be a little much, but she’s never looked so good in her life.”
(Diet.com and Yahoo Health) Her routine, according to the source? “She’s taking Nutrition 53, she’s working out, she’s grounded.” (Nutrition 53, interestingly, is the supplement backed by Bill Romanowski, the former NFL linebacker).
CelebTV contacted Romanowski and here is what he said, “I have to be very careful to protect the people that do take my product. Most of Hollywood is taking Lean 1 right now. And, it’s the best tasting meal replacement and a lot of really high profile people have had phenomenal results with it…you can put two and two together.”
Spears recently told OK! Magazine that, “I’m the healthiest I’ve been all my life. My diet has a lot to do with my getting into shape. I have no sugar. I don’t eat fruit or even fruit juice because of the sugar. I eat chicken and salmon and rice. I eat avocados. I’ll have egg whites for breakfast and sometimes turkey burgers for lunch.” This is consistent with her other revelations regarding her regimen.
